Not for iphone users

i have the galaxy buds plus. they don’t fit in my ears that well so they aren’t as loud as they should be. i have used all fittings provided and they just do not fit. however, i still love them. the app for iphone is great. lets you customize your experience. the pros do not have an app and so the sound quality is horrible. it is too tinny. i bought the pros because they looked like they would be a better fit for my ears. they are! however the sound quality without being able to customize gives me a migraine. incredibly disappointed in the pros.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great sound if they would stay in my ears.

samsung swung with great strength on this one, but as it soares out of the park it crossed the foul line. features are great. battery life is great. i purchased to use at the gym. the fit is terrible and earbud tip construction is very cheap. i have read the fit guidelines from samsung and followed directions exactly, however when running after a few minutes they begin to slip out of my ears. i quickly give them a nudge to put back in place....... however this activates the touch controls and stops the music. i have seen samsung 's reply to other complaints and have followed the instructions with no resolve to my issue.

Awesome Buds

i receive these buds about 2 days ago i think there a great product there a little expensive but they have good clarity for an earbud, the bass on these buds are not quite the same as the samsung live buds but work well for me.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy Buds Pro have become my go to headphones when I working from home and I need an outside music environment. The only thing I dislike is that they tend to fall off every once in a while. I have to limit movement every time I use them. however at least I can change my shirt without worrying about them falling off.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Owings many pairs of in ear buds the Galaxy Buds Pro are by far the best, you can pick from many ear tips to have that perfect fit, the sound it amazing it's top notch with the noise cancelation, battery is amazing even with noise cancelation can last me all day at full volume. But by far two of the best features of the Galaxy buds pro are the software on the galaxy wearable app you have soo many way to customize your Buds and also make them read your notifications from messages or Instagram and many more! 2nd feature is ambient sound you can hear just about everything, no need to pause ur music in a conversation with voice detected it lowers the sound and turns on ambient sound to hear the other person. Overall you can't go wrong with this buds the name says it all they are pro buds!!
