[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great sound with bass. The noise canceling feature works perfect for listening to music and calling. Don't normally like in ear buds but the product is well made and fits and holds perfectly even while I run.

I bought these when they came out as an upgrade to the buds. Worked great till the latest update removed the ability to run ambient sound with only one ear bud in at a time. I bought these for the ambient sound feature so I could wear these at work. With the lose of the ambient sound feature these are now useless.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only been able to utilize my new Galaxy Buds Pro's a few times. The are the most comfortable earbuds I've owned. I am a little older so I'm still trying to learn some of the touch options. I am still trying to figure the sounds adjustments also. But overall these are a great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] OK so I actually did not buy these they were gift but I love them irregardless my first review is that they are the perfect size no matter what your size is and they come interchangeable for the little rubber bud parts however they only come in three colors which is OK but I feel that there should be a wider range in color maybe a pair read a pair of white ones you know stuff like that just more color options I also feel that Samsung should update their language barrier I use my buds for a multitude of languages and sometimes they don’t pick up those languages on my app so I guess that would be some thing I was suggest it’s kind of just delve into the languages available because some words are picked up and then some words are not in French and also in German when using different apps like Google also the ambient sound is an amazing feature so thank you so much because I have a hard time sleeping and when I do I know that I can go to my pro buds without having to download any other apps or anything else or do anything really but just have my buds play the ambient music straight from the pro buds and I think that is one of the most amazing features there isn’t really much bad I can say about the pro buds because they are an awesome accessory and I think everybody should own a pair !

A nice set of earbuds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had these for a few months now and they've worked great and sounded great pretty much all the time. There are some times where one earbud has this ringing sound in it though. To fix that, you can usually just put the earbuds back into the charging case and most of the time it'll be gone.
