Terrible feedback on phone calls

i purchased the buds pro since they were so highly reviewed. i was badly disappointed. when i made phone calls with them on the person i was speaking to had feedback - they could hear themselves speaking 2 seconds after they spoke. imagine how terrible that is.
i even called samsung tech support several times with them on - and asked, "can you hear yourself speaking in your own ears?" and they could. "that's the problem," i told them. they agreed. but - there is no fix. they sent me a new set. same problem.
don't waste you time and money on these. there are better out there.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These buds sound great and they are very comfortable. The charging case is awesome and the charge lasts for a long time. I love how the sound level goes down when I talk to someone and back up when we are done without touching anything!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the buds, the noise canceling is very effective and the sound quality is improved from the previous model I had. The left ear bud isn't sustaining the same volume as the right, so that would be my only knock on the product several months later
