I loved them...

while i was disappointed the color wasn't what i was expecting (they are pretty much just silver, not the ethereal white in the first picture. looking through other pictures you'll see how silver they are). i am only returning them because i have to as i'm not keeping my tablet.
the sound quality is awesome, and the noise cancelling is great. i didn't have any issues with fit that i don't have with other ear buds (sometimes they slowly come out, but if i push them back in once or twice i get the fit right).
only other small complaint is that when running with them in and no audio going, i can hear them moving around. but it must be an interior component because i don't feel the wiggling. however, it isn't an issue with audio going.
phone calls have been great both ways.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have small ears and the buds fit my ear but won't stay in. I have tried changing the sizes, s, m, l but the same thing... it falls out.
When they are in... the sound is great. But it only last less than 5 minutes and they fall out.

Ok. But QI wireless charging.

After couple of weeks of hands-on experience, I can attest to acceptable sound and fit. Value and features ends in a disappointment. Original case should have been QI wireless ready. Instead, customer would need to make another/additional purchase.

Simply they do not fit

purchased these galaxy buds pro back in june and i could not resist them after 4 weeks of use. 3 other family members (wife, 10 and 6 yr old) had same results after using them throughout the summer. seems to me a lack of ergonomic research for the different type of ears, they do not stay in even with the different tips. additionally, they are not designed for prolong use (work from home, school amd watch movies) since after 15-20 minutes of use they cause pain/fatigue around the ears. as far as sound and functionalities with my other samsung products they are great. i do have a set of 2020 google buds and they do fit very well (smaller with wingtips) although the sound quality and functionality are not comparable to these buds. bottomline, i am not satisfied with this purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Won't fit properly.

i have a galaxy buds and decided to trade in with pro. one may expect that a product to be improved over its next versions. but unfortunately this isn't. this will never fit properly in the ears. i tried the different options and tips. but it will eventually fall off from the ears. my old galaxy buds fit without any issues. i am returning the product.

GREAT SOUND HORIBBLE FIT/DESIGN

disappointed coming from the live buds i call myself upgrading. the live buds were a great fit but hard to keep clean. these buds pros are made for people with large ears. they don't mimic the inner ear very well for a snug fit. they must've been designed for people with ginormous ears only. one with small/medium ears wouldn't get a snug comfortable wear from these. i have adult size small ears. these buds don't stay in my ears. they fall out often using the smallest rubber that comes with them they constantly fall out. the insert, twist to lock method is definitely a bad design. they are not shaped like an inner ear so it's uncomfortable. i regret my purchase.
