Good sound, disgraceful fit and ANC

firs of all, really wanted to love those. sound is good and call quality is stellar.
despite that, fit hurts independent of tip size, and anc is basically non existence. there is no dofference at all with anc on or off, so don't buy it if you are getting it for the anc.
with the above, if you dont care for anc and get lucky enough for it to not destroy your ears, try your luck!
unfortunately i will be returning mine, dontt understand why samsung would change the perfect fit of buds+.

i just got mine today and messed with the ambient notice and the anc is spot on. they're comfy to wear. can't wait to test them in the gym tomorrow.

the phantom black galaxy buds pro are just amazing. i love the design, the phantom black color is just perfect and matches my s21 ultra. the sound on these buds is quite impressive. with regards of the noise cancelation, the new update improved this feature a lot. i highly recommend this buds!

good fit and sound comfortable, with volume control , case works as a charger with or without the case plugged in for a while at least. paired with a bunch of devices all paired ok.

anyone else having audio issues

these are my first wireless buds ever and i was so excited. they look and feel great, they fit really nice, though i could feel them sliding out a bit at times. the sound was amazing, the 2 modes(anc and as) were good. they were perfect... until day 5 when the audio started to mess up. i was watching my show and i noticed the the sound would start going in and out as if i was switching between all the equalizer modes. meanwhile the mode was on normal. i went to my music app to see if it does the same and to make sure i wasnt going crazy and it did the same thing. what i also noticed is the audio would play normal in both buds then play loud in one ear then go back to both buds. so yea im not happy

Don't fit and fall out, poor design

these just don't fit. i have owned the buds, buds+, buds live and now the buds pro and these fit horribly.
something about the large oval shape and the earpieces they give just slides right out of my ear. it's quite a disappointment considering i was extremely happy with the previous pairs of samsung earbuds i have used in the past.
hopefully, a company like comply will come out with some foam ear tips to secure these better. in the meantime, they are expensive paperweights.

Huge fail. Very disappointed.

sound is great but that doesn't matter when they can't seem to stay in your ears. the fit is horrible and they constantly fall out. samsung had to know this was an issue based on the reviews already. really disappointed that i can't wear these to the gym at all.

Great sound, terrible fit

i have tried all the tips, i twist left and right, and nothing works to keep these in place. i have resorted to wearing a cloth headband to hold them in my ears. so sad too because the sound quality, anc, and other features are really nice. miss the wings.
