Designed for you to lose them.

the new charging case does not have a locking mechanism like the previous models. so it pops open super easily. i lost my earbuds after 3 days. i dropped the case and the earbuds shot out. they didn't have a charge so i couldn't find them with the find my earbud function in the app. now i just have an empty case. i wasn't home, so they're not just gonna turn up eventually. samsung's response, "you can purchase new buds". no thanks.

these are not worth it. my buds+ have superior battery life and actually stay in my ears. what's the point of "superior quality" if they don't fit? judging by the reviews, i don't seem to be the only one with this issue. buy at your own risk.

these are new buds for me as i have had the 3 others. these just do not stay in your ear and constantly moving them. i have the small ear tips in and they still move out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i was super excited about these earbuds. when they 1st arrived, they were amazing. the audio was so clear, and the noise cancelling worked so well.
then, i received a phone call. the right earbud disconnected from the phone. a few seconds into the call the left earbud disconnected as well. after the phone call, only the left ear bud would connect to my phone, it was if the right one didn't exist. i put both buds back in the case to cycle the power. i had to do this 3 times before the right one would reconnect. thinking this was a fluke, i tried to make a phone call. same thing happened, except the left one did stay connected through the phone call.
the design is also the worst out of the line. they are too heavy to stay in when moving around.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I REALLY wanted to love these; but let down AGAIN

i love my earbuds +, i was excited when the earbuds live came out but quickly returned those due to being way too big, uncomfortable and felt like they were going to fall out. i was super excited to see the pro's!! they looked like they would fit like the + but without the uncomfortable wing. functionality and sound quality are great!! however, again, they are a little on the large side and still don't fit in my ear comfortably or without feeling like they are going to fall out. even more so, the talk time like the live, is nothing compared to the +. with the + i could make it through an entire 8.5hr work day and still not be notified that they needed to be charged. i'll give it another couple days, but sadly i think i'll have to return my pro's :(

Great earphones, terrible fit

these earphones look great and sound amazing. but i unfortunately am going to have to return them. without constant readjustment and no matter which ear tip is in, they are too big for my small ears. i purchased these to replace a pair of buds+ that ended up being incredibly painful. these are more comfortable but fall out constantly, which is so disappointing. samsung, it seems this is a major complaint and i really wish you would design a product that fit comfortably for people with small ears because i hate having to return another wonderful product.

Very Nice But......

buds are very nice however when "voice detect" is on it's suppose to lower your music when you speak, well it doesn't recognize your own voice. so anyone's voice talking turns down your music, and so does not talking at all. i've experienced on 3 different occasions my music being lowered with speaking, twice it happened while going up stairs. this gets quite aggravating, also doesn't sit in your ear snugly like they claim and they're bigger and bulkier than the buds +
