horrible design. it doesn't have any way to stay in your ear. sound is great but you can't wear them longer than a few minutes without them falling out. buds plus is the way to go.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These buds would have been a complete waste of money if it wasn't for the fact that I could return/exchange them for something else. The sound quality in them vs the previous generation was awful. And no matter what size padding you swapped to, they still kept falling out of my ears. This was the worst Samsung product I've ever purchased...and I've been a Samsung fan/customer for 15 years.

Buds are too big and too heavy.

they sound good but they don't fit correctly. the bud itself is large and heavy. the cone shape has to sit inside of your earlobe, if it doesn't they will constantly push outward and mine even fell out twice. also if the fit is not right you'll lose that seal you need to be able to take advantage of anc. i have average size ears. i have the buds + and was excited to try the new sound tech in these and they do sound a bit better, but not by much. my advice is if you don't have the plus or live and you think these will fit, they'll be great for you.
i think these need to be a bit less top heavy and a bit smaller, with some locking wing tips (i really appreciate those now)

Worse than average, lots of issues

outstanding sound and battery life. unfortunately this doesn't make up for the bad anc (likely the worst at this price point), connectivity issues with non-galaxy devices, and price. my fit isn't as bad as the other reviewer's, but even following the samsung fit guide results in them slowly falling out over time. my pair seem to have completely failed, since the left bud made random, loud popping noises and now no longer registers as being in my ear.
i was really excited for these, but the competitor options are much better. products at this price point shouldn't have these issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ear bud pro's do not fit correctly regardless of which ear piece is used. The rubber used for the ear piece caused an irritation and subsequently an ear infection.

Shocking Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this item three weeks ago. I use it everyday for work, during my commute and at home while doing house stuff. That's about 12 to 14 hours a day of Use. The battery life was shockingly amazing, I have to charge these every 2 days, even though I use them 24/7. Also, the noise canceling feature on these are extremely helpful when I have to shut the world out and focus on my work. I live with 9 people, and 2 of those are toddlers, (you can imagine the amount of noise in my household) when I activate the noise cancelation and play my music's, it completely shocked me because it made it seem like if I lived alone. Yess it CANCELLED the noise coming from all 9 of the people I live with.
Buy it, you won't regret it one bit.
You too will be SHOCKED!
I would recommend this to a friend!

.....or maybe we have abnornal ears. these buds do not go deep enough into the ear canal so there is no way to hear with them. the "stem" does not protrude enough. if you push and hold them real hard into the ear canal, you can tell they sound really good. not sure whose anatomy these are designed for so congratulations if you are one of the lucky ones !!
