Have had this bag for a month and so far it's been great. The only minor issue i've had is that it is harder to fit lengthwise in nextgen 737s, but wheels out with a little push seems to work. This is the trade off for the extra space in the bag.

Got it out of the box, and promptly put it right back in. I returned it and plan on purchasing something smaller. This bag is way too big for carry-on. As former crew, I would question this bag height anytime I saw it. Just not worth the hassle. Buy another bag for carry-on.

Had previous Flightcrew 5 for about 10 years. Only maintenance needed was a wheel change. This bag has the exact same compartments, so no need to change habits. Perfect for 2,3,4 day trips. Will expand for winter 4 day trips. Reason for change was vertical handle missing when bag returned to me during a regional deadhead. Didn’t realize how much that handle was used. Now I have two working bags ( one without a handle). Very satisfied with product.
