The printer does not accurately reflect the usage

I was forced to change the Magenta cartridge when reds were losing their color in documents. My printer showed there were 250 copies left in the Magenta cartridge. I wasted ink on a job which I wanted printed in color and asked for numerous copies when submitting to the printer. I left the room and when I returned approximately 15 of these docs had printed with poor color quality before I could stop the print job.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the printer. My only issue was the original yellow toner cartridge leaked prior to expiration. Replacement has no problems. I only use original HP toner cartridges.
