Not Good!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this printer a month ago and it has too many paper jams, and I tried several types of paper and adjusted the paper tray. The worst part is toner cartridges cannot be found. The Brother printer I had, toner was available anywhere and it rarely jammed. So far, not impressed with Xerox at all

Disappointed

I was so excited to buy this printer and until really happy to use it even though logging into the panel was difficult and there were 2 different screens on my pc to use for all of its functions. I figured I was able to deal with these issues because the printer is fast and has really good print quality.
All of that changed today. Even though on page 9 of the Xerox B235 user manual it states, "Use the ADF for multiple-page or two-sided
documents", sadly the only thing duplex about the printer is printing. You cannot duplex scan or copy documents. These limitations are significant as I wanted to scan my car contract documents which were double sided. Now I am afraid I will have to return this printer and find a laser printer that duplex scans and copies.

Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We have two types of document feeders available on our products. The ADF automatic document feeder and the DADF duplex automatic document feeder. The B235 comes with the ADF, this is why only duplex printing is standard and for copy/scanning it's manual.
You can use the ADF for instructions see below. Unfortunately you will need to manually scan the second side.
1.Load an original document into the ADF tray or on the scanner glass. 2.From the control panel, navigate to: Home button > Copy > Sides.
Note: For non-touch-screen printer models, press ok to navigate through the settings.
3.Adjust the setting. 4.Copy the document.
