(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I bought a 6000 page Xerox cartridge when the original cartridge ran out. I set up the print jobs to save ink on every print to extend the life of the cartridge as soon as it was replaced. I expected the firmware would note the ecofriendly setting and take that into account on the actual usage and adjust the amount used per print accordingly. A short time ago I hit the 6,000 count on it and it is demanding that in replace the cartridge. The eco setting is useless to the consumer because of this I contacted support a while back, while it should have been under warranty about this. There I was told that the company I bought it from had to register the sale with them before they would help me with third issue. I called the company, they said they don't do that, and that I had to register it. Called Xerox back and was told the same as the first call. I gave up, and now I have to buy a new cartridge when it should still have 20% more pages to print or another 1,200 pages to go.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was looking for a small all-in-one to handle day to day copying and scanning and this little giant has performed perfectly. I'm going to look into replacing some other older machines in the office with this one.
works good, except it is exceptionally noisy every time it prints a page.

This printer has worked well. Had only a month or so. It is noisy feeding paper from the storage tray when printing a document which is a little disappointing, but otherwise has preformed well. Toner cartridges are expensive.
Do not buy this printer! They have numerous build flaws that lead to jams, grinding, cracking and complete failure. It seems they immediately die once the warranty expires. What a scam!
