Do not buy this printer! They have numerous build flaws that lead to jams, grinding, cracking and complete failure. It seems they immediately die once the warranty expires. What a scam!

I can t connect with printer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After the last update of windows 11 the xerox app dosent work. I cant scan anything, i tryed to install the app for many times but every single time tha message was the same: desktop app failed. So i cant use this printer.

Application not working on Windows 11

Good day,
I can't use the device in Xerox Print and Scan Experience App since I got Windows 11. I keep trying to see the device in the app and add printer, but all it does is to install the printer in the system over and over again, I can't see it in the app though. I tried the Microsoft Printer Metadata Troubleshooter Tool that you recommended and I receive the message Troubleshooter not applicable since metadata package not found, still not working. You should be more careful with your devices and their features, I need this very much to work as I need to scan, and yet...

Not first time user friendly

XEROX B235 MULTIFUNCTION PRINTER

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, I am loving our new Xerox B235. The print quality is great compared to our old inkjet printer; and I love being able to do 2-sided printing without having to insert the paper in the printer as I had to do with my old printer.

Uses a lot of toner

We bought this 1 month ago and have had to replace the toner 3 times already and on the 4th and it is already saying getting low. There is no way my small business is making enough copies to use this much toner and they are expensive to replace!

Easy to install and make operational !!

The installation was straightforward with clear instructions. I connected to my printer via my WIFI and I was afraid that it would require assistance from Xerox, but I was wrong. The entire process was easy and enjoyable!
