Just took out of box yesterday to use. Laminator will not work. Does not work on cold or hot setting.

Good home laminator
on November 16, 2015

Good for home use. I had used a larger laminator at work so I wasn't sure how this would perform. It was easy to set up and get using. It worked well for the project I purchased it for. Only one misfeed in around 20 sheets and that may have been my fault in feeding incorrectly. Buy this without worries.

I have only used the Thermal laminator and it works great. Does what it says it will and gives our notices a more professional look.
