I wasn't sure what to expect but it has done a great job. Don't know why I waited so long to get it.

Brand new laminator is not working well already. Got a frantic call last night as we are getting ready for conference about bubbly sheets/poor quality lamination. We just got the thing!!!!

Even quieter and more smooth than our previous laminator. Similar speed for lamination. Our office is pleasantly surprised.

Staples 9.5" Thermal & Cold Laminating Machine

I am very glad that I bought a box of the 5mil sleeves also. I did a test with one of the 3mil sleeves and it came out okay but it curls a little on the edge. Took one of the 5mil sleeves and did another sheet and that one came out perfect. Highly recommend the 5mil sheets and not the 3mil that come with the machine.

The only complaint I have about this laminator is it shuts off too quickly when not in use delays getting job done as you have to wait for it to warm up again.

We use for ID badges which I print (in color) on plain paper laminate with this machine and then put in a pouch on a lanyard. The machine works perfectly.. Love it
