The laminating sheet jams often and appears to be entering the machine straight but often is angled which causes the item being laminated to be squished and bent. I did not care for this product and will return it.

I have used my Staples Thermal & Cold Laminator on the Hot cycle only so far and it has worked very well on business size and letter size. I would recommend it. I'm not sure how to use the cold yet.
