I have had this machine for less than a year and it already has issues. First off when I bought this model they sent me the older model which I already had and had to do some serious work just to get this one sent. Then when I DO get the right model it scared everyone because they thought it was melting. After the initial few uses the smell went away but then a few months later it started to just stop pulling the paper through and the paper would just stay there. IF I can get the paper to stick out the other end and gently tug it through then it works fine but I shouldn't have to sit there and hold the paper. And again that is IF I can get the paper to be fed through. I seriously wanted to love this one but I just can't with all these issues with it.

I bought this to protect sheets for a training class I do several times a year. I have seen other instructors struggle with sheet protector and decided to use this route.
