I've only had to use this once since I purchased it but it works great!! Perfect finish on my thermal lamination heats up very quickly and the price was right... so far I love this laminator! Thanks Staples!

Had some VERY old business card size cards of my deceased father that I wanted to laminate and hang with his ribbons and medals. I found this laminator worked great! Heated up quick. I got some card size plastic sheets did a few tests of other cards then did his. Came out perfect! I recommend it!

I got this for home use after using one at work - it consistently laminates easily and well. No ripples as I had with another cheaper product from a different maker. Love it!

I used the laminator for the the first time to process about 20 pages. It ran perfectly. I'm very glad I purchased it and would recommend it.

I was so excited to use the laminator - brand new took it out of the box plugged it in and after about 10 minutes I realized nothing working? No power light - no heat? How can this be? sigh Thankfully they are sending me a replacement but seriously how can something never used be already broken?

Very happy with the work it performs. Like the way it left my sheets. Very good laminates for the price.
