Stop rolling after a day

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the 2nd day i have had the laminator and the machine stopped working. It is not rolling the paper through. Blue light is on and I put the paper in the tray and it is not rolling in. I have used it twice but now it is not rolling.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Terrible product!

I purchased this about 6 months ago and just took it out of the box last week. We used it twice to laminate 4 different things and it doesn't work anymore! What a total waste of money! Too bad it doesn't last any longer than that for what I paid for it! I am really disgusted!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great laminator

Bought this a few days ago and finally used it today. The laminator is very easy to use and works great. The problem I'm having is that I can't figure out how to fold up the tray. I'd like to store it in the box, but can't do it because the tray won't fold up.

I recently received this as a gift and was so excited! I had great results to start out with but now all of the things I laminate are coming out slightly wavy. I have tried heavier printer paper and that hasn't helped. Cardstock goes through perfectly, but regular paper has trouble. Are the laminating pouches supposed to be a certain thickness? What is the cause of this problem?

Bad!!

I bought this laminator today and can't even use it to laminate. I do one sheet and it comes out great and the second sheet comes out crooked and wrinkled. Have to give the machine at least a 15 minute break!! Horrible product!!! Very disappointed in this product!!

Doesn't Work

I just bought this today and plugged it in to try it out this evening. It didn't take long to heat and was quiet.... but when I tried to feed the pouch in it didn't do anything. It doesn't feed in at all. I got this one to replace another brand that I had had for 10 years or so that just crapped out. I am very disappointed. I plan on returning it tomorrow. I understand sometimes there are malfunctions so I will try exchanging it in hopes that it is a fluke.

Laminates ok but have issue with tray...

I bought this to laminate my daughter's artwork. It laminated just fine on the first use but I can't for the life of me figure out how to fold the tray back up. I'm so afraid I'm going to break it fiddling with it. Just shouldn't be this hard which makes me think something is wrong with it. I wish there were more details about the tray in the instructions
