Great Personal Laminator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Scotch Laminator is a great machine. Our school had run out of lamination and it was perfect timing to bring out the Scotch Laminators.
I easily turned on the machines. They warmed up in very little time (maybe 2 minutes - I didn't actually time them) and they were ready to do their job. I had a hard time opening up one of the trays. Like struggled!!! I think during shipping one of the machines got jostled or something but the other tray opened up just fine.
Next, I got my laminating pouches out opened them up and starting placing my card stock inside the pouches.. I was worried with card stock it wouldn't seal as great but it did! I ran it through twice just to be sure and there were no bubbles and the seal was great! I am so incredibly pleased with the quality of the pouches and how well they worked together to seal - I am a huge fan!!
I've put one of the Laminators out and told other teachers to use it and come back and let me know what they thought. With it being the first of the year and everyine running around like crazy I haven't got much feedback but the ones who have talked to me have also enjoyed it. One mentioned it being a little hard with smaller pieces to get the paper to stay put on the lamination pouch. As it was going through the machine, she said her paper slipped out of the pouch and she had to turn off the machine and fix her placement of her papers in the pouch. That happened to me with my stem bin labels as well.
I'he only recommendation is to somehow get the inside of that lamination pouch a little sticky or something so papers don't slip. Or change the design of the tray and make it lay flat. Honestly that only happened once with me.
I'd ABSOLUTELY continue to use the Scotch Laminator. It's does a great job, it's so quick and convenient, and it does what's it's supposed to!

Amazing to use & a perfect size!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so glad I received this scotch thermal laminator to try. The product is not huge, so storage is a breeze. It is super portable and easy to take with you for events. The Scotch thermal laminator was super easy to use. We utilized this for some projects for my kiddo and for a Scouting event taking place this weekend!

Handy home laminator !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to get this house party started and it happened at the perfect time, BACK TO SCHOOL!! I was mainly excited for using it for work, but the Scotch laminator has been a heaven sent for back to school projects. We laminated class scheduled and locker combinations, tags for out youngests backpack with her name, phone number and address so she wouldn't get lost in the bus transitions. The kids at school were jealous of my daughters laminated schedule and asked if she could have theirs done too!
We donated our second laminator to our PreK classroom to help with their projects this year
We purchased a 100 pack of Scotch Laminator sheets and have been very happy with the quality and ease of use
I would completely recommend this to anyone!

Life Saver

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my Scotch Laminator. As a teacher- it is vital I laminate many things in order to save trees, my sanity and time. We have one large laminator at our school - at first I wanted the Scotch lamintor simply so I didn't have to stand in line and do my projects there. But this laminator is so great - many times we had to rerun projects in the school laminator because it didn't quite laminate correctly - well this wasted more laminating film and time. My Scotch laminator works so well I haven't had to rerun anything!! Pouches come in different sizes so I am able to fin the right size without wasting the pouches!! This laminator is also so compact that I have a powerhouse in my classroom and I don't even have to dedicate a huge amount of space for it!!

Our schools work room was closed down due to budget cuts so all of our laminators are unavailable. I gifted one to my school's head student services to use for special ed needs and we share ours with our hallway neighbors. It has been a lifesaver!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the TL902 laminator! As a kindergarten teacher I laminate everything! I have so many games and resources and it needs to last. I have used 2 older versions for the past several years. This new one is even better. It is faster and stores easily. I am in love! I will be using one in my classroom and donating one to our media center.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This laminator is a power house for prepping centers! The lamination is thicker than what our school's machine uses so regular copy paper is like cardstock! This teacher is in LOVE!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very pleased with the efficiency of this product. It's quiet, heats up quickly and the release switch is amazing! Only had to use it once when I used cheap laminating sheets and one got stuck. I used the release switch and it came right out!
