Worked fine until it did not work

Bought Feb 2021. Stopped working May 2021. Unfortunately, after the 30 day warranty. This is what it is doing--turns on and seems to heat up. Then shuts down on its own and will not turn on again until the unit cools down. Then repeats.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worked Great... For a Dozen or so Pages

Haven't even made it through the 20 pouches that came in the box before the unit died. When it worked, it worked well with smooth laminated pages. Unfortunately, it didn't even last a year before the heating element stopped working.

Worked good for couple months

I bought this back in December and it started smoking once I plugged it in around February. Worked great while it did but for such a little time. Kind of disappointed.

Cheap, breaks fast

This is the second Thermal Laminator I buy (same model both times Scotch 9'') Since september for Virtual school for kiddo. Thing is cheaply made. Always breaks (the paper doesnt go out it stays in machine and have to use tweezers to get it out.

Stopped working after a few weeks

I purchased this laminator to use for homeschooling my young child. The lamintaor stopped heating up all together. I am so disappointed.

gets stuck

I bought this laminator and when I was going to go laminate an important document the paper got stuck and never came out. I thought tis going to be good but I takes a long time warming up and the paper gets stuck

Works great until the tray breaks. I was being very careful with it because I've had several coworkers break theirs, but low and behold it still broke. Now everything slides around and gets jammed or messed up. Cheap quality on the feed tray manufacturing for sure.

Broke after 7 weeks :(

I purchased this item for my special education classroom because we laminate things often for our students. It worked so well for a while and we were thrilled! It wouldn't turn on this morning and we are so bummed! We tried different outlets and nothing. :(
