Dead after 3 uses

I purchased this product last year and have only used it 3 times for light jobs. Today red lights are on and it will not heat up It don't make sense for it to already be broken. Very disappointing for what I paid for this product.

Don't buy this, it's a piece of junk!!!

Hubby purchased this a couple of months ago as I've wanted one for crafts etc. The fist time I used it, it was great. Thank goodness as the item was handwritten by my late mother and irreplaceable. Today I tried to laminate several items, it just ate all of them bunching up in the machine. The first one I thought I just didn't wait long enough, nope it ate them, you can't open it to retrieve your project all you can do is push the release lever and pull like crazy to get it out. I hope hubby can get our money back, I should have known better than to let him choose. Had I looked I would have read reviews, and so many have the same issues as I. I'll try to find another brand. Stay away from this one!!!!!!!!! Oh in the bottom of this it asks how likely are you to recommend this item, it won't let me select never.

Too flimsy

Received this as a gift. It's flimsy the feeding tray broke and stopped heating. Didn't last the school year.

Horrible.

Fairly new and the feed try won't stay up, plus it jams a lot. It just now got an entire laminating sheet stuck in there and I can't get it out. We had this bought with our school budget, so we probably won't be able to get another one :(

Input Tray Broken, Laminator Worthless Now

For the first few months the laminator worked really good, then the input try broke one day when I was closing the tray for storage. Now the laminator is worthless to me because the laminating sheets cannot be loaded correctly due to the broken input tray. I am a Kindergarten teacher and before the laminator broke it was priceless now that it is broken I need to buy a new one, but because I am school teacher I do not have the budget to buy another one. So just a heads up the input tray may break.
