[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After roughly 6 months, and very limited use, the unit quit working, will not turn on. It has been plugged into the same surge protector as my computer, so I don't think that is the issue.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Tray won’t stay up.

I purchased this laminator a few months ago. After the second use the feeding tray would not stay up and the items being laminated were coming through crooked.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So disappointed in this laminator

I was so excited to finally have my own laminator as a kindergarten teacher who loves to laminate. I bought 100 sheets and barely used less than 20 when the laminator stopped heating up. The light goes on, and I can hear the motor running, the paper goes through no problem but no heat. I turned it off then tried it again but no luck. Wish I read all these reviews before I bought it ugh so so bummed out.....wasted my money for sure!

What a horrible machine!

This product worked great for a while but the tray where you put the papers through won't stay up. I have to always prop it with something to hold it up.

Easy to use but the tray breaks easily

I bought this laminator one year ago and the feed tray already broke. The tray folds for storage but it is difficult to get into place for use and broke easily. I love everything else about the laminator but the tray is definitely the weak link. Disappointed with the quality of the tray which once broken makes the laminator much harder to use. Plus, as far as I can tell you can't get a replacement tray.

After 4 Weeks the Power Light Blinks

I bought this a little over 4 weeks ago and now the Power Light Blinks and It never goes to ready. No information on the anomaly in the manual so now I am stuck with unused pouches. :(

It stopped warming up!

I purchased this product as my 2019 Christmas present and had been using it regularly till this winter. I tried to laminate our Covid-19 vaccination cards and it will not warm up! Everything works but the heaters. Is there a better laminator available?
