Small Package, Great Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I received this lamination machine, I wasn't sure it could do everything I needed. I was surprised at how small it was. I opened it up, followed the enclosed instructions and in a matter of minutes I was laminating my first items. It was so easy to set up, and use. I would definitely recommend this to anyone thinking about buying one. I received this item free to try out and write my honest review about.

I love my Scotch Thermal Laminator!

I can't wait to find out all the ways I can use it to craft and for school work. The machine is so easy to operate and user friendly.

Fast and quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I often use an industrial laminator at my work and it has always been very loud so I was surprised at how quiet this laminator was. It's almost silent! I've also used a small home Swingline laminator that seems so slow to me. I decided to get both devices out and run them side by side to see how they each perform. The Scotch laminator was about twice as fast as the Swingline. I also love the convenience of the loading tray on the Scotch laminator but I worry about its durability because it feels a little flimsy. It folds away to be more compact but I'm worried that the plastic might break after repeated use.

Scotch laminator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This laminator is great. I reviewed two free to review, one I kept and the other I gave to a teacher friend. It is easy to use and laminating pouches are reasonable in price. When I check the price st the store for it is priced well.

Teachers Love Laminators!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having a laminator right in my classroom has been extremely helpful! I have been able to laminate signs, posters, and cards/games for math & reading centers! This has enabled my students to be able to use these materials for years to come, instead of just once. My only wish is that the laminator sheets would stick together to better hold small pieces while they are going through the laminator. Other than that, I love it!

I am a former teacher and still a volleyball coach so I have been using it to help my friends in their classrooms. I have found this to be very easy to use, it is compact and doesn't take up a ton of storage space which is an issue for me. My posters have come out clean and with no wrinkles in the lamination!

Handy Little laminator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have wanted a laminator for the past year, and so was thrilled to be selected for a free Chat Pack from Chatterbox! The laminator came well packaged to keep it from moving around during shipment, as well as including some laminator sheets. I found this helpful because it allowed me to get started right away on my projects! The laminator had a nice long cord so that it was easy to position it how I needed, and it heated up fairly quickly. For thicker papers (i.e. construction paper) I had to feed the sheet through two times so that it could get a nice tight seal on it, but that was something I was aware of when I went to laminate the thicker paper. The reason I gave it four out of five stars was because it was hard to get the sheet to feed in and stay exactly straight throughout the process. There were times when I thought that it was in straight, but then as the rollers continued to pull the sheet in, it got more and more off kilter. There were also times when one corner would come out all curled up, however, I could fix that by sending it back through a second time which wasn't a big deal, just a little more time consuming. Overall I am extremely happy with the laminator and would only wish for Scotch/3M to find a way to ensure that the laminator sheets would feed in straight so as not to wrinkle the end product.
