The best laminator I ever used

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the TL902 Scotch Thermal Laminator for free and all I have to do is leave a review...so easy and worth it! Plus, I gave one to my teacher friend and she could not have been more excited!! The Laminator really is great. I first noticed, after taking it out of the box, that it has a handle and that the cord wraps around the inside of the bottom for storage. That was very smart and practical and the first laminator that I have ever used that had both. The Laminator heated up and it was quiet. If I had not plugged it in myself, I would not have known that it was on. Even as the projects were being laminated, it was quiet. Everything that I laminated came out perfect....no bubbles and no wrinkling! I laminated names for attendance, an apple tree color matching activity and a class schedule. Everything looks great!

Easy to Use

I love how easy the paper and sheets are easy to load.
I love how quickly it laminates anythibg you load in the machine.
It is small and compact, easy to store.
You can buy 3 or 4 sizes of laminating sheets so you can laminate several sizes of items so great for projects big and small.

Very easy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first laminating experience and it went great! The Scotch laminator was so easy to use and did a great job the first time through. Now my kids at home and my preschool students can have hours of fun playing restaurant with a reusable menu:)

Home Lamination is AWESOME

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a former teacher, turned home-school mom, this laminator is likley to be my new best friend! Any teacher knows the value in laminating games, work mats and reusable resource pages. The kids love that they get to have "real" school stuff and I love that this machine is easy to use and helps to keep my documents protected. The machine heats quickly and laminates beautifully. The texture of the laminating is a little different than a large machine, but documents are easy to be seen and we can still use wipe off markers with this.

I've used it to make handwriting practice sheets for my kids and to laminate photos to make them more durable. I appreciate the sleek design and ease of use. I wish the lamination pouches were a little more affordable. I feel that's the only drawback.

It's Laminating Time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked that the laminator was compact and portable. This allowed me to take work home and laminate and bring it back and work at the school too.. The handle on the side very clever and made carrying it easy. The cord stores nicely under the machine when not in use and is easy to get out as well as put away. I love the release it worked fairly as expected. I liked that there was a separate heat setting for the different thicknesses. The one thing that made it a little difficult to use was that when I plug it in to allow it to warm up it smelt like there was something burning. Over all I would say that as long as you aren't using it with students in the room it should be fine. My coworkers loved it they all came and laminated something and we all liked that the lamination was sturdy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this thing! It has made homeschooling so much easier because I can now protect certain worksheets that I want my son to work on. Just give him a dry erase marker, then wipe when he's done! I like that the laminator sheets come in different sizes, and it is so simple to use. Just slip the item into the protector, and runs it through the laminator. BAM! you're done!! I can't believe I didn't have one of these during my first two years of homeschooling!! I got this one for free, but I would buy it 100 times over!!
