Loved it until it stopped working

I bought my laminator a little over a month ago and it worked so well and recently it will turn off in the middle of using it and now it will rarely even turn on. Is there a way I can contact customer service?
I would recommend this to a friend!

Doesn't Work

I just bought this today and plugged it in to try it out this evening. It didn't take long to heat and was quiet.... but when I tried to feed the pouch in it didn't do anything. It doesn't feed in at all. I got this one to replace another brand that I had had for 10 years or so that just crapped out. I am very disappointed. I plan on returning it tomorrow. I understand sometimes there are malfunctions so I will try exchanging it in hopes that it is a fluke.

Lamigets hot but pouches will not feed through

What a waste

Received this as a Christmas gift. Tried it for the first time and it will not heat up or take the laminating pouch. Super disappointed.

Great, but quit working after a couple uses

I bought this a few months ago and was initially thrilled with it. The laminator was easy to use and was good for at-home laminating purposes. The feeding tray isn't the greatest - it is short, and if you have multiple pieces inside your laminating pouch, they will fall out unless you hold the paper steady and together as it goes in. But all in all, it did exactly what I needed it to do... and then quit heating after a few uses. The ready button will not turn green, and the red lights stay on (and if you look up close, not pictured well, the red lights appear to all be on). I've looked up some troubleshooting mechanisms online and reviewers have suggested I have a defective machine. Not thrilled, a waste of money for me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Won’t turn on

I got so excited to use this laminator but was only able to use it one time. When I plugged it in the light didn’t turn on. I thought something happened to my socket. I tried several in my home however it never came on. I unplugged what was in the socket and plugged the laminator in again. Nothing. Very disappointed!
