Great laminator

TL902 Scotch Thermal Laminator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the TL902 Scotch Thermal Laminator to try out for free and I can tell you that this little machine is a tree saver, timesaver & an ink saver! We are a family of homeschoolers and that means lots of handouts, flashcards and a whole host of interesting projects. Laminating, for us, means we can make our own flashcards - specific to our needs, make math and language arts centers reusable to save paper, ink and time as well as saving those precious projects that are done throughout the year. Kids can write on laminated worksheets / practice sheets with dry erase markers and then worksheets can be reused simply by wiping clean.
I can use our laminator for preserving educational games that I find online - making them reusable until they are no longer played and then I can pass them along to other families that I know will find them useful.
Since I like to create themed decorations throughout the year to enhance unit studies, laminating my decorations will help me preserve the decorations which I can save and reuse. A timesaver and paper / ink saver for me!
I will also be using my laminator to protect the signs I make for craft fairs I participate in. Now my signage will look clean and professional - no more crumpled, ripped signs!
I made two "Free" signs with bright green paper, laminated them and stuck them out on a pile of old bricks I had put at the edge of our driveway. The signs were protected from the rain we had and my bricks were gone in just a few days. I'm sure I will need to reuse the 'Free' signs again and again...and again!
I really appreciate how easy it is to use this laminator. It warms up quickly, pulls the pages through evenly and seals them completely.

Amazing Laminator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This laminator heats up quickly and doesn't have that awful, awful smell like ones I have used in the past! So far at my home, we have laminated some writing sheets so my daughter can practice her letters. We also had open house at her school last night so we gave a new Kindergarten teacher the laminator to use in his glass! He was so grateful! He said he had a ton of great ideas already! It was easy to load and I didn't worry about any shifting while going through. Overall I am very pleased!

Thank u #scotch and #houseparty for letting me and a very special teacher have these for my honest feedback it works without any problems I do scrapbooking so this will come in hand for me and its very light so makes it easy for me to carrie around and heats up really fast I gave the other one i reseved to a very special teacher she loved it And said. Wonderful Laminator!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TL902 Scotch Thermal Laminator is wonderful! I received my laminator through a free Chat Pack and am excited to be able to give one to my local school, too.
Most importantly, the laminator works great! I laminated worksheets for my daughter to practice her handwriting, and the finished product had no blemishes or bubbles. Within seconds of lamination, the laminated sheet was cooled off and ready for use.
The laminator is a great size! It is compact for easy storage between uses. The design even includes a wrap up spot for the cord under the laminator, so you don't have to deal with tangled up cords or dangling cords.
The only down side that I had was that the laminator took a few minutes to heat up. I was so excited to use it that I hovered over the machine waiting for the blue light to show that it was ready to laminate. The time for heating up was not longer than 5 to 7 minutes, which did give me time to ready the laminating pouches around the papers.
Overall, this is an excellent machine! I know it is going to be used often, and I am excited that the results are outstanding after each use!
