Completely blows my old narwhal out of the water

My last narwhal would bump into stuff and startle me in the night, this one basically magically mops and vacuums 3 different surfaces seamlessly and has never got stuck or fallen down the stairs. Looking forward to upgrading my last model to the freo x ultra as well. Completely happy with it. no complaints.

I'm so in love with Jeeves, my nickname for my Narwal. After getting a new puppy who sheds, I quickly discovered that I really need to vacuum and mop daily if I don't want to see balls of hair and dust and footprints/dirt all over the floors. Problem is, I don't have the time. The Narwal was the best purchase I've made in ages! Easy to set up and to program to clean specific rooms when I click on them, the Narwal is keeping my hardwood and rugs amazingly clean. I thought I'd use it mainly to vacuum, but I've set it to vacuum and mop nearly every day--it's just so nice to have clean floors! Admittedly, my Dyson does a little better at vacuuming one time, but I couldn't take the time to vacuum daily myself, and I rarely got around to mopping. With daily vacuuming and mopping, the Narwal is keeping my floors looking gorgeous.

Great help

I purchased this to help keep our main living areas clean, which can be difficult with a shedding dog and two young kids. We use this nightly to vacuum and mop our downstairs main living areas like our living room, kitchen, and bathroom. It has been a great help, we previously had a robot vacuum but the Narwal is a step up in cleaning. We run this nightly around 0330 when everyone is asleep upstairs and come downstairs to clean floors in the morning. It takes about 35 mins to complete its job every night with one cleaning cycle. We tested how well it cleans twice so far by rubbing a damp paper towel on the floor in different areas and it didn't show any dirtying. I estimate the water for us lasts about 6-7 days before needing refill. _x000D_

I empty the dustbin at the same time, so I am not sure how long it can go before it becomes full. I estimate it might last more along the lines of 3-4 weeks for our family before needing emptying. I am extremely glad it comes with a reusable dustbag and do not use disposable due to the cost._x000D_

The only cons I have for it is it can have a hard time getting around under tables and chairs so you might need to follow up with some vacuuming and mopping if you don't wish to put up your chairs every time. I don't mind the dust bin emptying too much because we are used to it with our old vacuum but in the future, if they did a self-emptying bin I think would be a great improvement._x000D_

Overall, we are super pleased with this purchase and glad we got it during the Mother day sale.

I love my Narwall Freo X! Vacuums the house and then mops! Does a beautiful job! We have 4 dogs....lots of dog hair. The vacuum handled it perfectly.

I have had the Freo X Ultra for a month now, and this thing is amazing!!!!!_x000D_
It vacuum and mops my floors perfectly and this thing has more than exceeded my expectations._x000D_
The mapping software is so accurate an precise, and the ability to adjust No Zones is great. Even when I think my floors are spotless this thing comes back with dust, dirt and grime. Thank you for making an amazing product.

Amazing Robot Vacuum

This freo x ultra vacuum works perfectly! I upgraded from a different vacuum company and this one is so great. It's suction is great and the mopping works perfectly. My floors haven't been cleaner. It auto maps the floors and recognizes carpets and displays it on the map. Even when I removed a carpet or moved it around, the vacuum adjusts and displays the new info on the app. My old vacuum would just keep the old information and never update. I love the customization options in the app for all sorts of cleanings. But if you want a more hands off approach, just let the vacuum decide for you with the freo mode! Overall a 5/5 product.
