We love this ice maker. Performs as promised. A little pricey or I would have another for the RV. Perfect “Sonic” style ice.

Fantastic product! We’ve had it up and running for a couple of weeks now and really enjoy it. Once it is set up, the ease of use and functionality is great. Only thing that kept it from 5 stars was that it is a bit of a pain to unbox, clean and set up. It is not plug and play.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy to set up, use and makes AMAZING nugget (like Sonic or Chikfila) ice. The only down side is it that the hum that it makes is a little louder than I would like but otherwise it is awesome!! LOVE LOVE LOVE!!

Loving our new ice maker. It makes a good amount of ice for the two of us and when we can entertain again I’m sure it’ll be a hit with our friends. Really appreciate how quiet it is as well.

Makes more than enough ice for our family of five. Nugget ice is awesome! The side tank feature is very nice. The bin does leak when tilted open, so we have to keep a towel in front of the ice maker. The wifi and app aren’t very useful because it does not stay connected. We haven’t been using it for very long, so I can’t comment on the longevity of the product.
I would recommend this to a friend!
