I have only had it 2 weeks so I think it’s a bit premature to attest to the overall quality. At this time we are enjoying it.

PERFECT ICE

I am very pleased with my new Opal Ice Maker. The ice is made quickly and the bin is kept full at all times. The ice doesn't melt much but I love that what does melt goes back into the reservoir tank to recirculate and make new ice.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love the look and finish of the new design. The nugget ice is the best! Pricey, but so far above any other counter top ice maker that it is well worth the investment. Hope it stands up to daily use! Only time will tell.
