Great ice maker

I love the ice maker, works awesome. Makes ice very fast. I love the app function that keeps you in tune with the ice maker. Pros, it recycles the melted ice back to the side tank to remake ice. Cons, it takes up counter space. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Here are the major differences: The casing corners are now rounded, The circle LED indicator has been replaced by "touch-sensitive" buttons on the front, as well as distinct word labels stating what the appliance is doing. This includes replacing the rear slider switch for cleaning with touch-button functionality in the front - The plastic ice bin no longer has holes along the rear-bottom; a spring-loaded hole has been added that opens only when the bin is slid all the way into the appliance, thereby preventing drips when fully removing the bin - Overall, the appliance does appear quieter, though that's more subjective - Biggy: when draining the water while cleaning, it completely drips.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a neat little appliance to make ice, especially if you host a lot of parties or like to make a lot of mixed drinks. It can go right on the counter for convience. sometimes we even make some ice ahead of time and keep it in the freezer for the week to make iced coffee.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just opened this and so far it is making great ice. Maybe a little noisy but the ice nuggets make it all worthwhile. The nugget ice is perfect! I can’t wait to pack my first cooler with this ice. I am guessing it will pack well and last!
I have not tried th blue tooth App yet but I will.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not only does this appliance look great, it works great as well. This makes the perfect ice to satisfy all your drinking needs. It's easy to use and install. Comes with an excellent user guide, which provides good clear instructions for everything. It's quite attractive with the clear plastic and brushed stainless steel, it fits right in with all my other appliances. It's much quieter than expected with just barely an audible hum during operation. This is a rather large (and heavy) ice maker but it fit perfectly fine underneath my cabinets. This unit is not refrigerated, so as ice collects into the bin it will slowly melt, however the water gets recycled back into the machine and will be reused to make more ice. My only complaint is how long it takes to complete an ice making cycle, it takes literally hours for it to fill the bin with ice. Not a big issue but you definitely need to plan ahead if you're going to need ice, however if you dump the ice into a bag occasionally and freeze it you'll always have ice on-hand.

No more ice trays!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Gone are the days of filling up ice trays and spilling water everywhere. Now I have an awesome ice maker with that coveted Sonic-esque ice! Setup was a breeze. It lets you know when it is making ice and when it requires additional water, which is a very easy process. The ice capacity in the core machine is great and the side attachment gives you even more capacity. Ice for days!

I ran through the processing 2x and started using the ice on the third time through. This is a solid machine, built of stainless steel.
