I LOVE CRUNCHY ICE

I like it a lot. I had really wanted it for about a month before buying it. In hindsight I overpaid for what it is. I also wished there were other Finnish options, it’s a bit outdated looking.

Water tank air bubbles issues!!!!

The air bubbles in the tube has caused me to manually lift the water tank EVERY DAY !! For the price I paid, this should be fixed!

Greatest kitchen appliance we've ever bought. We love the soft pelleted ice and use it daily on a regular basis. It is not bad to clean, worth the 30 minutes once every week or two for the enjoyment of the product. My husband loves ice and his dentist is happier for the soft pellets.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The best counter top ice machine I have ever seen. Makes what I call Sonic ice. Put ice in quart plastic bags and keep in freezer so you can smash the bag on the counter one time for perfect individual ice.
