Filter not standard

I will never understand why the filter doesn't come standard with the purchase, at least one. Mine arrive looking pretty banged up so I can even test it until I order a filter to see if it works. Sad
I would recommend this to a friend!

At first my wife was shocked that I bought her this pebble ice maker, but she loves it and with having 6 kids we always have ice now. It’s easy to use, clean and maintain!

Life Changing! Will never live without one again

This is not just an ice maker, but the perfect ice maker. Small, soft chewable pellets that are made as fast as you can use them. I have never been able to make ice as fast as my family can use it and now I can. Not cheap and a bit bulky on the counter.... but it’s all worth it!

Needs bigger hopper

The product is great! It makes fantastic ice fairly quickly. It doesn’t take up a lot of counter space. It makes 24lbs of ice a day (1lb per hour), but only holds 3lbs of ice which is WAY too small. It needs a hopper to hold the 24lbs. If you did that and kept the price point where it is, you would kill the competition with volume. Still within my window of returning and have not decided yet.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Amazing ice!! The good ice!!

I love that I can go to Chick fil A, get a large sweet tea with NO ICE so I get more tea and then come home and have the advantage of the Good Ice at home to go with!!
