Save your money - quit working in 6 months

Was great when we first got it. Within 6 months, it doesn't work at all and I can't seem to get help from the manufacturer.

Doesn’t last long

I have purchased TWO. I thought it was my fault that the first one quit working due to using well water. Only used bottled water on 2nd one. It lasted 7 months. Never could get anyone af customer service. Terrible quality for such a high price.

Limited lifespan and loud, but good ice.

The ice maker makes the nugget, 'Sonic' ice that was desired. However, it is quite loud (especially as it ages and marches toward its demise). Lasted 3ish years and support spends time telling you to do what you've already done, but then there's no real fixing it. Don't really love disposable products, can't these be built to last and/or built to be fixed?

Not good, GE wanna replace my ice maker with a rebuilt one, they will hear from me on the next business day what some losers. You pay to much money for this to be happening

Will not make ice keeps dumping water had to turn off and unplug tried to reboot it by unplugging and waiting a couple of days but still doing the same thing worked great fir a short time
