Don’t buy this ice maker it only works one year

I had it for less than a yer and it started spilling water and after that stop making ice a 500 dollar ice maker that lasted for a year

Do not get waste of money

I purchased the opal 2.0 my icemaker about 18 months ago. Initially it worked great . Then maybe not even two months in the trouble started when it did make ice. The ice would quickly melt even though it's in a room that's probably about 65°. And then it went from constantly saying add water even though there's plenty of water. I troubleshooting the machine. I cleaned it out with hot vinegar. I called. I downloaded the app. I did the software update. I did all the troubleshooting things that were recommended and it still says to add water. It won't even let me clean the machine anymore. This was a complete waste of money and time do not get this machine.It's

We love our new ice maker!

We love our new ice maker! It creates the best nugget ice. It's fairly quiet and produces ice pretty fast. Overall we're very happy with it!

The ice is very nice for drinks and it produces it quickly but the machine is somewhat load and the cleaning process is a pain and shuts the ice making down for a day. I will not replace it after it breaks which from friends who have them say is about every two and a half to three years.

Was good while it lasted, less than 2 years. Better off buying a product for the 1/4 of the cost and use it until it breaks. Very dissatisfied
