Terrific purchase, was not happy about the price but it definitely delivers great ice especially in our high heat city. My Husband loves to chew the ice so he is quite happy.

I use my GE Opal Nugget Ice Maker every single day, and it’s been one of my favorite kitchen additions. It was super easy to set up right out of the box, and it fits perfectly on my countertop without taking up too much space. The ice capacity is great—it holds plenty throughout the day—and it’s surprisingly quiet while running. I love that I can schedule it from my phone so the ice is ready for my morning iced coffee, which has seriously been taken to the next level! It’s easy to clean, convenient to use, and honestly just makes life better. Highly recommend for any iced drink lover!

Additionally, try to reset the ice maker by unplugging the unit for 3 to 4 hours. This ice machine is awesome! Our ice maker went out on our refrigerator and I had already purchased this for my bar. We moved it into our kitchen since it is quiet and perfect size for the counter. The ice production is quick it only takes a few minutes for it to make enough ice for our family of 4 and including guests. It is easy to install and use. Love this product.
