Need another replacement!

I just received a replacement for my first ice maker because it was making a terrible load noise and this one is telling to add water. There is water! I’ve cleaned and soaked it with vinegar with no luck. Calling on Monday for replacement again!

WORST MACHINE EVER

Worst product I have ever purchased. Cleaned every week cause of mold. Won’t make ice half the time. Sounds like somebody is being brutally murdered. Defrosts instead of makes ice half the time. STAY AWAY FROM THIS MACHINE. DoorDash Sonic Ice instead. Way less of a headache and you will probably save money.

Not worth the hassle

I have had this appliance less than thirty days, and it daily tells me to “add water”. The side tank is full, it pulls water into the machine but still does not produce ice.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Our last opal ran well over six years, heavy usage and never disappointed. Just started our second and it’s by far the best nugget maker on the market. We’ve tried a few others and sent them back.

Good while it lasted... just 7 months

We really like the ice maker, while it worked. Unfortunately, we had to return ours after just seven months of use. It would no longer produce ice regardless of all the troubleshooting and cleaning we went thru. The replacement only last as long, another 7 months. We are a family of 5 who used it daily, but not overused. The warranty is just 12 months from original date of purchase, even though I had a replacement for just 7 months, so we were out of luck. For being one of the more expensive models on the market, we expected a longer-lasting better quality machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
