Worked great for a little over a year

I’ve had this machine for 1 year and a half and I loved it so much up until recently it begun to give me problems! When making ice it makes a horrible screech noise and I’ve tried everything to fix it and it still won’t work. I’m so sad about this!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Add water

Keeps saying add water when there is plenty of water in both tanks, so stops making ice. This has been going on for two after I bought it. I keep unplugging it then unplugging it back in and will work for a few hours or days then the add water light comes back on, yet there is plenty of water. I won't buy another product from them.

Easy setup for delicious ice. It makes ice super quick right out of the box. The ice is great and similar to restaurant style ice, I am happy with my purchase.

Works great. We have ice anytime
We schedule it on at 6am and off at 7pm(unless we have a scheduled event. Perfect size ice for any drinks. Holds a good capacity of ice.
