My expensive refrigerator not going to mention any names but it has a awesome tablet but NO ice so I had to purchase the GE Opal for our countertop so far we have had ice everyday no issues however to be fair with a month in I'll give updates 🤞🏾🙏🏾

Crunchy Fast Ice

Just arrived and after cleaning thoroughly, began making ice in a flash!
Fun to watch while the quiet running machine creates nice small opals of ice. Easy to operate, ice tastes great, crunchy too.
One very small issue, the ice is VERY wet and if you plan on making a lot to store in freezer for a party, empty the container and freeze the ice flat so it beaks up easily or you will have a hard block of ice that is difficult to break apart once frozen.
Any suggestions to prevent this are welcome!

I researched for sometime and after buying a couple of units to make soft ice I had to disposed of them. They lasted one year. I hope this one lasts longer. Too early to make a complete evaluation.
