Tried The Rest…. This Is The Best

My wife and I have averaged 2 ice makers every 12-18 months. We went with the GE Profile “Opel” ice maker, because we own other GE Profile appliances, which have performed flawlessly for years. Are hope is that the “Opel” will perform as well.
Note: I have been unable to get the WI-FI to connect to any of the GE Profile appliances.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love the product. Very sleek, elegant and quiet ! The only thing i would change is if it were about a .5 inch shorter so it would fit under my cabinets.

The ice maker is wonderful when it’s working well. The only complaint is that it says “add water” after I replaced the water filter after cleaning. Now it only works with the screen and not the filter.

I LOVE my opal2.0. It makes perfect, soft nugget ice and it’s spoiled me to a point where I no longer like to use any other ice. It’s super easy to register, step up, and clean especially when it tells you exactly when it needs to be cleaned to avoid any kind of build up. The manual also comes with a ton of information on the machine.
