Great ice machine

Great product. Wife loves the crunchy sized bits. Need to watch machine to monitor ice production. Also, can't put product directly into freezer for storage due to it freezing into a solid lump.

Worked great for 1.5 years. Now it's not making any ice. Have cleaned and descaled many times.
