Great Ice Maker

The ice maker was easy to setup, and updated the software, I really enjoy being able to control certain features via wifi, and I made my decision to buy this product as opposed to others base on YouTube rating, it is a bit pricy but after using it I think it worths the price

Makes drinks taste better

Love the ice maker and its pellet ice, Makes all drinks taste better. Easy to set up and refill on a daily basis. What I do find exhausting is how often it needs to be cleaned and descaled. Also very time consuming so you have to be committed with proper upkeep if you are going to purchase.

It has potential but develops issues quickly

We were very happy with the ice maker and the amazing ice nuggets. However, after only three months, it already has an issue with the gearbox and isn’t working. We hope GE can assist us properly with the warranty.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We absolutely love this icemaker. We purchased the water tank as well. The ability to use the melted ice to remake ice is genius!

Excited for ice - literally!

This is first day - cleaning and starting. Easy to follow directions, started making ice about 10 minutes after finished going through the cleaning process. Very quiet (compared to a different brand that was less expensive, but loud).
I would recommend this to a friend!
