Love our new ice machine. We had a bad experience with other built in machines and are much happier with the kind of ice produced by the OPAL.

Make a lot more noise than the refrigerator. Squeaks a lot like the rubber seal is dry.

Doesn't make ice quick enough before it melts and you cannot freeze it for later due to this..needs to be mote solid ice like chickfil..this is why I bought it but definitely not like that..I want a refund

Loved the ice the original ice maker produced. As you can't get that one anymore I had to settle for this one. This ice is crunchier and melts much faster. It will do but not my favorite at all.

Stopped working

We bought this machine about 1-1 1/2 years ago. Kept it clean… this last time we cleaned it it was so nasty it looked like snot coming out of the tubing… hooked it back up like normal and it won’t make ice anymore. I’ve tried everything. It’s a bummer that other people have spent less on a nugget ice maker and their machines have been running for way longer than ours did.

Great product in theory, just doesn't work.

Product died within 4 months. Refused to make ice, nothing had changed. All the troubleshooting didn't work. Same issues others have reported.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I LOVE my ice maker!!! The ice is the best!!!
Only negative I have is cleaning is a little complicated and instructions not real clear about cleaning. But overall LOVE IT!
