Bought two months ago. We love this machine. The ice is amazing, just like “Sonic ice”. Others have complained about the loudness of this machine but unless you are standing right next to it, I don’t even notice. It was the star of the last party!

I love the quietness and the ease of cleaning. My guests love the pebble ice. It makes all I need (and then some) for a dinner party in a few hours. Very pleased

The ice maker is super efficient, and fairly quiet (as loud as a super efficient dishwasher when running). It is very compact and easy to use. I only use purified water in it to make ice to avoid descaling every two weeks, and it runs great.
I would recommend this to a friend!
