We received this as a Christmas gift. We love it!! So quiet and just the right size for a bar cart or the counter. Easy to hook-up and started making soft crunchy ice in minutes. I’m sure it will be used daily.

The normal ice production rate at 60F water temperature, with a 70F ambient temperature is 1 pound per hour. I will admit, it was intimidating upon setting it up, but the instructions were clear and well documented. The ice is as expected, and it runs quietly. No complaints!
