I love ice if the maker its self didn’t mess up and make this awful noise after just opening it it would deserve 5 stars however I can not figure out why there is an awful noise

Hopefully 2 Times a Charm

This is our second Opal. The 1.0 lasted a few years but w/o proper care it unfortunately stopped working. We will see how long the 2.0 lasts with proper cleaning monthly. I tried other brands but ultimately had to go back to the Opal as it's by far the best crunchy ice maker you can buy hands down. No comparison!
