Very Happy with the OPAL 2/0 Pebble Ice Maker

We love it - when deciding to buy this I worried & wondered if it could keep up with how much ice my husband uses in a day. Surprisingly it keeps up with him and I each day. I fill the side tank (this is very needed unless you plan on hardline connection) each morning and dont have to worry about it until the next day. And in my insulated metal ups the ice lasts overnight !!

After 3 weeks we have been very pleased with the Opal. We were concerned with how quickly it would produce ice. We had 12 over and it has no issue keeping up. It is doing a solid job for us.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Lakes under my machine all the time!

I have had this ice maker for a little time now and have had issues with it leaking all over my counter since I pulled it from the box. I constantly have to keep something under it to soak up all of the water. It's not just a little water, no, it's a lake under my machine. I have read where people are told to check the hoses. Don't you think that was the first thing I checked? I wouldn't tell any of my friends or family to purchase this ice machine. I would tell them to save some money and buy a cheaper one since this one leaks anyway.

The Good Ice at Home

Works great. Setup of the product itself was relatively simple. Cleaning before the first usage went along without a hitch and ice started being made within 10 minutes. It took about awn hour and a half to get a good scoop able amount. There were some problems connecting it to my home wifi. It took three attempts but now works perfectly and I have it scheduled to run from 3am-8:30pm every day giving us the "Good Ice" all day long.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love the ice but beware of cleaning it

While we love the convenience of our icemaker, however beware the cleaning is quite cumbersome due to weight of moving to sink and going through the cycle to flush it.
I would recommend this to a friend!
