After a few months of using this, we love it thus far. I think the instruction manual, especially for direction on cleaning is horrible but the machine itself is great.

Don’t buy it

Do not buy this expecting it to be a reliable source of ice. I love the ice! But machine maintenance is hard. We have had ours for a little over two years and it is now not making ice and says to “add water” all the time. I have done multiple interventions to fix it and nothing works. I feel like for the amount of money we spent on it, we should have it for longer than this. It is also a beast to clean the inside reservoir of the ice machine! Buy a different brand!!
I called to ask about servicing it and we are now outside of the 1 year manufacturer warranty so I would have to pay a local company to come and look at it. It’s a mess!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
