Great ice!

Love the ice! I’ve been wanting a soft ice maker for years! Fits on counter perfectly and is easy to use. The only thing that would make it better is if it held the ice longer in the bin without as much melt. It is constantly melting and remaking ice.

This is my second GE nugget ice machine. I loved the first one and with the improvements on this one I know I will enjoy it as much if not more. My children bought me this ice maker for my 76th birthday Happy birthday to me.

Amazing ice! We love it - until it broke less than a year old (stuck on defrost). I called GE and they made the replacement easy. Hoping it shows up soon and then will update review.

Purchased this for our home (family of 7) and we have used it 9 months with no issues! Highly recommend this ice maker if you are looking to purchase one for your home. Easy to follow maintenance steps and overall great ice maker! Delish nugget ice!!!

Worked great for almost two months, then started making this loud crying/screeching sound. Turned off and on about 3 hrs later and it was fine for 1/2 day and now making that sound again. So expensive to be having issues like this. Will call customer service
