Very pleased with the ease of installation and the detailed instructions. Very well packaged and it seems to be a great design. Looking forward to years of use. I do not give it 5 stars because I was hoping the nuggets were bigger.

I ordered the previous model ant a great price and it was defective so it was returned. Ordered this newer model and so far it has worked like a dream. Very happy customer with the exception of returning the defective model.

We love this ice maker! It fits perfectly on the counter top, and makes the BEST nugget ice! It is also very easy to clean. I would absolutely recommend to anyone wanting a countertop nugget ice maker!

Super quiet icemaker

I have really enjoyed how quickly this icemaker is able to produce ice and it is very quiet!!!! I love the side water chamber and the amount of ice that is produced with very little water. The fact that it automatically switches to producing ice when some is removed is a nice feature. It does require frequent cleaning so I would recommend placing it near a sink for easy drainage.

Best appliance I have! I love this ice maker! The ice machine fills quickly & isn’t that noisy when it’s making the ice. On top of it, it’s the best size and shape of ice.

Expensive failure

These are garbage. They are noisy out of the box and only get worse with time. The ice is good but it takes A LOT of work keeping it going. You need to clean it at least once a week or you can't hear much over the noise. I started using distilled water in hopes to keep the mineral build up down. But now this is getting very time consuming and expensive.
Just disappointed.
