Fantastic machine. It is a little costly up-front, but my wife absolutely loves it. Best birthday present I’ve gotten for her in years. And, to top it off, it is a nice looking appliance. Definitely recommend!

I love how quickly it makes ice. I do not like the way you have to fill the side tank. It is not easy cleaning the side tank. There is no way to brush out the whole inside of the tank. I am very scared of getting mold like many other people so I am cleaning it once a week and only using distilled water and so far I have had no issues. I also wish there was an easy way to see the inside of the machine just to make sure there was nothing growing in there.
