A delightful machine! I love how small the palette ice cubes are and how quiet the machine is. I don’t even realize it’s there! The machine always has a bucket of ice ready for me to consume.

I like the product and it makes ice well. I wish the hoses were longer so I could clean with out moving it.

No longer working

I received this ice machine from my husband for Christmas as a new addition to my Queendom n it worked great! I had to call about the creepy noise it was making but overall, it was good until now. I did a cleaning as instructed but then on the first batch of ice was these little black things in the ice. Needlrss to say I was mortified bc I immediately thought of mold! I tried to clean again to no avail. Now it won't even produce ice! It makes that creepy noise n that's all! I AM VERY DISSAPOINTED bc this machine was loved by all that came toy home and I cried for one year after year until my hubby broke down n got it! Oh well, I guess it was fun. Can't figire out what else to do.
