Fantastic CRUNCHY ice!

My family absolutely Loves it!!! Open, plugin, add water....ICE! We set a schedule so that every morning my wife has ice to take to work. The machine is a workhorse! Keeps up with us even when we're working outside in the heat. An incredible addition to our kitchen!

I love the size of the ice cubes and the amount of ice it makes but the machine makes a weird noise and is kind of loud. I am not sure if the one I got is defective because I know a few people that have it and I have never heard theirs make these noises.

I bought this to use while awaiting repairs on the refrigerator ice maker I love this so much I dont care if the refrigerator gets repaired or not. The ice maker keeps up with demand on these hot summer days and I live the nugget ice. Best decision to purchase!
